QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 3 years of food and beverage management experience in a fine dining environment
- Minimum 1 year experience using the Webrez booking platform
- Valid ProServe Certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily bar and front-of-house operations alongside the Bar Manager
- Lead, mentor, and motivate bar and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, organization, and beverage quality
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with all AGLC regulations and company policies
- Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively
- Support reservations and guest management using the Webrez booking platform
- Collaborate with management to execute events, promotions, and seasonal beverage programs
- Assist with staff training and performance development
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential traits for success in this role.
