As an F&B Room Service Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless in-room dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking, preparing, delivering, and setting up food and beverage orders while ensuring excellent guest service standards are maintained. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in hospitality, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and presented according to resort standards
- Set up in-room dining trays, tables, and amenities as needed
- Communicate politely and professionally with guests while responding to requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service stations and equipment
- Assist with order preparation, tray pick-up, and clearing after guest meals
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Support other Food & Beverage operations when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, hotel, or resort environments is considered an asset
