Fixed Operations Manager - Cobourg Mazda
Cobourg Mazda, part of the Gyro family-owned group of dealerships, is looking for a driven, process-oriented, and people-focused Fixed Operations Manager to lead our Service and Parts departments.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who wants to make a direct impact on department performance, profitability, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Service, Parts, and Technician teams
- Drive efficiency, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations, workflow, repair orders, and departmental KPIs
- Ensure consistent execution of inspection/video and follow-up processes
- Conduct regular coaching, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
- Maintain strong communication across all dealership departments
Qualifications
- Previous dealership Service Manager or Fixed Operations leadership experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and KPIs
- Active Technician license is considered an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License required
