Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Seamfiller / Drywall Finisher who takes pride in producing smooth, paint-ready surfaces. The ideal candidate has strong drywall finishing skills and is also comfortable working with automatic taping/finishing tools and spray painting equipment to improve efficiency and quality on larger projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform taping, mudding, sanding, and complete drywall finishing
- Prepare and repair surfaces to a smooth, paint-ready standard
- Operate automatic drywall finishing tools (e.g., taping tools, boxes, pumps)
- Use spray/automatic painting equipment safely and effectively when required
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow project timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to deliver professional results
Qualifications
- Proven experience in seamfilling/drywall finishing or related trade
- Strong knowledge of all phases of taping and mudding
- Experience with automatic finishing or spray equipment preferred (highly valued)
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Physically able to lift materials and work on active job sites
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Driver’s license is an asset but not required
Compensation & Benefits
