Position: Distribution Center Associate (Supply Chain Operations)
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Distribution Center Associate to join our growing supply chain team. This role supports daily warehouse and logistics operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping and receiving.
This position is designed for individuals who want to build a career in logistics, supply chain, and distribution operations. As the company continues to expand, team members will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience across different parts of the supply chain and develop the skills needed to progress into more advanced operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
Order picking and packing of products with accuracy and efficiency.
Use the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory, process orders, and maintain accurate stock levels.
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
Support shipping and receiving operations, ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly.
Maintain an organized and safe work environment within the distribution center.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Assist with inventory counts and stock verification to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
Forklift license required.
Fluent English required.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an asset.
Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or similar equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and collaborate with a team.

Pay: $40,000.00-$47,840.00 per year
