About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution of lighting projects from specification through installation. You'll be the connective tissue between our design, production, and client-facing teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned with technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal teams and external partners (contractors, architects, suppliers)
- Track project status, flag risks or delays, and keep stakeholders informed
- Assist with preparing technical documentation, specification sheets, and submittals
- Support procurement and logistics coordination for fixtures and components
- Maintain accurate project files, schedules, and change orders
- Liaise with clients and site teams during pre-installation and installation phases
- Help manage vendor and subcontractor communications
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally in construction, lighting, design, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English and French an asset)
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to read basic technical drawings or specifications (an asset, not required)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
