WISE Education Admissions Consulting helps higher education institutions in their Admissions and Recruitment efforts. We serve several international universities and assist them in lead generation and on-ground outreach to their target markets in Canada.
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Admissions Advisor to represent our university and help prospective students navigate the admissions process. This is a primarily work-from-home position with regular travel throughout the United States and Canada to attend university fairs, recruitment events, and campus outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise prospective students on admissions requirements, academic programs, and application procedures.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Represent the university at recruitment fairs, university campuses, conferences, and educational events across the U.S. and Canada.
- Deliver engaging presentations to students, advisors, and pre-health organizations.
- Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and community partners.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate records in the admissions CRM and provide timely updates.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, education, sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable speaking to large groups and networking with students.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home.
- Valid passport and ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada.
- Valid driver's license is considered an asset and must be able to drive
Travel Requirements
- Frequent travel throughout the academic recruitment season.
- All flights, hotels, ground transportation, and business-related travel expenses are fully covered by the university.
- Daily per diem provided during business travel.
- Some evenings and weekends are required to attend recruitment events and university fairs.
- Must have a valid Canadian Passport and Driver's license (Able to Drive)
