Duties
- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences
- Assist clients with consultations to recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon products to provide innovative services
Experience
- Previous experience in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within a salon environment is advantageous
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations or retail sales environments is beneficial
