Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning private residential homes to a high professional standard. You will work independently and occasionally alongside the owner, following established cleaning systems and checklists.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their results, and values consistent weekday hours with no weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services including: Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Occasional deep cleans (heavier detail work)
- Follow company cleaning standards, systems, and checklists
- Use cleaning products safely and effectively
- Travel between client homes as scheduled
- Communicate professionally with clients and management
- Maintain punctuality and reliability at all times
Required Qualifications
- Previous residential cleaning experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Reliable vehicle required
- Valid driver’s licence
- Comfortable driving between client homes
- Able to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check / Background Check
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing)
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
