What You’ll Do (and a few other things)
· Provide administrative and marketing support to our Sales Department
· Daily use of the CRM – Sales Force,
· Increase the Sales teams use of Sale Force, become the master of the software.
· Help organize and follow up on sales leads
· Preparing proposals, updating cost sheets, and tracking responses
· Managing social media posts and maintaining consistency across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
· Photograph and edit equipment images for marketing and proposals
· Work with AI tools to help benefit and reduce our task lists.
· Capture and edit short videos with basic marketing messaging where needed
· Support email marketing and tradeshow follow-up
· Assisting with marketing campaigns and customer outreach
· Organizing product samples and maintaining related documentation
· Assisting with tradeshow lead follow-up and marketing email communication
What You Bring
· Strong organization, multitasking skills and a witty personality
· Comfort with social media and basic photo/video editing tools
· Excellent written communication and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· Knowledge of Salesforce a bonus but not required
· A creative mindset and willingness to learn
· Positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
· related experience in marketing, communications, or admin required
