As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be supporting our customers in all areas of Information Technology support and management. This includes desktop, network and server administration based on Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructure. You will provide support on-site and remotely through remote access tools, telephone and email.
This position also involves shift work and after hours/Weekend on-call rotation

Essential Qualifications:
- Experience working with end users
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent customer service and English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Degree or Diploma in an IT-related field
- Experience with Connectwise
- Minimum 2 years of related IT work experience
- Must have in-depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, networks, e-mail, Windows Terminal Services, Microsoft Outlook and smartphones
- Troubleshooting of LAN / WAN configuration, port testing, & link testing for network connectivity
- In-depth knowledge of Windows server and desktop operating systems - Windows Windows 11 and Windows Server
- Management of Firewalls and Network security in general
- Experience with Network technologies
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies and Cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of Connectwise IT Management platform
- Experience with IT documentation
- Working knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel mostly within Calgary and surrounding areas
