Position Summary
As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences from the moment customers arrive until they leave. You’ll guide guests through the menu, provide attentive service, and work collaboratively with the front and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive table service
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when required
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
Support teammates during peak periods to ensure exceptional service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Smart Serve guidelines
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
