Restoration Site Supervisor – Fix Network Restorations Calgary (A Division of the Luxuria Group of Companies)

We specialize in disaster restoration services—helping families and businesses recover from events such as fire, flood, storm, and other emergencies. We are currently seeking a Restoration Site Supervisor to join our growing restoration team. This role is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual who is eager to develop their career in disaster restoration and construction management.
We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and industry-specific courses to support your growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead restoration crews on-site through all phases of work (demolition, drying, remediation, and cleanup)
- Ensure job sites are properly set up, secured, and maintained in compliance with safety standards
- Install and monitor restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, negative air machines, etc.)
- Perform moisture readings and track drying progress
- Maintain daily job documentation, including photos, logs, and reports
- Provide direction, training, and support to Technicians and Field Assistants
- Ensure team adherence to company procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Address on-site performance issues in collaboration with management
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for Project Managers
- Communicate professionally with clients, property owners, and insurance representatives
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors as required
- Provide updates on job progress, challenges, and timelines
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OH&S regulations and company policies
- Conduct site hazard assessments and enforce safe work practices
- Maintain proper use of PPE and ensure team compliance
- Inspect work to ensure it meets company and industry standards (IICRC guidelines)
- Identify deficiencies and take corrective action promptly
- Support timely and successful project completion
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.) considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Strong understanding of restoration equipment and processes
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, standing, working in confined spaces)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions
- Work performed in residential and commercial job sites, including hazardous environments
- Must be available for emergency response work
