Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role is essential in delivering a positive guest experience and supporting the overall operations of our hospitality establishment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast needs in a courteous manner
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, including food and beverages, following food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
- Replenish supplies such as utensils, condiments, and food items as needed
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service areas before and after shifts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Support team members in maintaining a smooth flow of breakfast service during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience in serving or barista work is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work morning shifts, including weekends if necessary
- Hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
Pay: $17.03 per hour
