The Role
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions rooted in depth, presence, and emotional connectedness
Work across modalities, tailoring your approach to meet each client where they are
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including coaches and wellness practitioners
Contribute to the development of programs and client experiences
Hold space for complex emotional work with authenticity and integrity
Support clients in moving beyond insight into embodied change
Who You Are
A licensed practitioner in good standing in Ontario
Minimum 8 years of direct experience as a practicing therapist
Highly skilled in working with deep emotional processes and complex life situations
Experienced in a multi-modality approach to therapy
Aligned with the values of The Practice: presence, growth, compassion, and responsibility
Open to non-traditional approaches and thinking beyond conventional frameworks
A strong team player who values collaboration and shared growth
Grounded, self-aware, and committed to your own ongoing development
Additional Experience (Valued)
Post-graduate trainings, certifications, or advanced therapeutic modalities
Exposure to or understanding of holistic, somatic, or integrative approaches
Interest in bridging clinical work with broader wellness practices
