Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Business Development Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across marketing and business development processes. This role combines creative marketing responsibilities with business administration, supporting the preparation of marketing materials, social media content, website updates, presentations, conference and tradeshow logistics, and Salesforce CRM administration. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate business development data, support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives, coordinate internal and external projects, and assist with a variety of administrative functions. A strong creative eye and interest in graphic design are highly desirable, as the role contributes to the development of visually engaging marketing materials while ensuring consistency with the company's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Perform regular data quality reviews, data cleansing activities, and reporting support.

Assist with the development and distribution of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, including content preparation and scheduling.

Assist with website content updates and maintenance.

Coordinate conference, tradeshow, exhibition, and business development event logistics.

Support promotional campaigns and marketing programs across multiple channels.

Prepare presentations, reports, and business development documents.
-
Process expense reports, purchase orders, invoices, and related administrative documentation.

Maintain organized records and filing systems for marketing and business operations activities.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to business processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
-
College diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordinator role.

Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is considered a strong asset.

Experience creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.

Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.

Graphic design experience and proficiency with design software are considered strong assets.
