We are looking for detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinators to join our team!
Notes: This is NOT a transportation position or an outbound call centre.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers via email, phone, and warehouse portals
- Process customer orders accurately and on time, including data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other internal systems
- Coordinate with warehouse teams (receiving, shipping, inventory) to ensure smooth execution of customer requests
- Organize and input orders into our WMS and monitor inventory levels of different SKUs on behalf of our customers
- Generate inbound and outbound documents and coordinate with the applicable teams in processing customer order instructions
- Monitor order status and provide customers with updates on shipment, inventory, and service inquiries
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, discrepancies, or service concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and documentation
- Support daily administrative tasks including preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and filing documents
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service and operational efficiency
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year of WMS order entry experience
- Minimum one (1) year of 3PL customer service experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively
