Core Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the purchase or financing of pre-owned vehicles
- Develop and maintain an ongoing list of potential customers
- Cultivate a network of referrals, including family members, neighbors, associates, and previous customers
- Reassure networking and repeat business to build a loyal customer base
- Utilize social media to promote yourself and the dealership
- Present pre-owned vehicles in an attractive and informative manner to facilitate prompt sales
Qualifications/Skills:
- Background in customer service
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Positive and outgoing attitude
- Ability to use social media as a resource for self-promotion and dealership marketing
- Professional dress, speech, and behavior are essential for the position
- OMVIC License is mandatory
