About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate Relief Scheduler/ Office Administrator to support our team and ensure smooth office operations. This dual-role position includes caregiver scheduling, client intake coordination, and general office administration.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in scheduling and administration, within a caregiving-related field preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A compassionate and professional demeanor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling systems preferred
- Comfortable answering phones and speaking with clients and caregivers
- Willingness to take on-call phone duties occasionally
