Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Japanese Sushi Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standard
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels for smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure all food served meets quality standards and customer expectations
- Lead food service operations during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery of meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus and special offerings
- Uphold food safety regulations and industry best practices at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer service excellence
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to serve high-quality meals consistently

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
