The Opportunity: As a Sales Representative, you'll build and grow a portfolio of dealers, garages, and service centres that offer our warranty programs. You'll work your own territory and earn commission on every deal you write — with trailing commissions on completed business. This is a full-commission role built for closers who want real autonomy and uncapped upside, backed by the support and stability of an established company.
Job Summary: The Claims Adjuster is responsible for reviewing, assessing, and processing warranty and claims files while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. This role provides administrative and operational support related to claims management and works closely with internal departments, dealerships, and customers to ensure an efficient claims process and high level of service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build and grow relationships with dealerships, independent garages, repair shops, and service centres in your territory.
- Promote and sell our vehicle protection programs and insurance-backed products.
- Find new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Present and demonstrate products to owners, service managers, and decision-makers.
- Walk clients through coverage options, claims, benefits, and compliance.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and renewals, and support onboarding of new dealer programs.
- Keep your pipeline and account activity current in our CRM, and help keep dealer accounts in good standing.
- Carry out other duties reasonably related to the role, as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management — ideally in automotive, dealership, aftermarket parts, warranty, or insurance.
- Familiarity with dealership environments or parts/service operations is a big plus.
- Strong communicator and negotiator who builds trust quickly, in person and remotely.
- Self-motivated and organized, with a track record of generating leads and closing in a competitive market.
- Bilingual communication skills are considered an asset.

- This position is primarily performed in the field, with frequent travel to customer locations, dealerships, meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.
- Regular travel is required, including extended periods of driving and occasional overnight travel, in accordance with business needs.
- Standard working hours are based on operational requirements and customer availability, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
- Prolonged periods of driving, standing, walking, and carrying sales materials or product samples may be required.
- Requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet sales targets, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Frequent interaction with clients, prospective customers, and internal stakeholders requires strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules, customer needs, and business priorities while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment.
- Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are required when managing customer accounts, preparing documentation, and maintaining sales records.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct is expected when representing the Company and building client relationships.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative, accountability, and strong time management skills.

- Reasonable expenses are reimbursed, a kilometer allowance based on CRA metrics.

The Details:
This is an employee position compensated entirely on commission — there's no fixed base salary, but your earning potential is uncapped and tied directly to the business you write. You'll join the Peoples Choice Warranty team on payroll, with standard source deductions handled for you. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for territory travel are required.
