We are a growing British gluten free bakery in Revelstoke, and we have an opening for a full time baker. Wage is negotiable based on experience and skill of candidate.
Shifts required: Friday to Tuesday (must be available on weekends for Summer)
Seasonal flexibility available.
Shift patterns: 5am - 1pm; 7am-3pm & occasional evening dough prep shifts.

As one of our Bakers, you will be responsible for the following daily tasks:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, pies, muffins, and pastries daily.
- Ensure all baked goods are produced in a timely manner to meet production demand
- Packaging and product merchandizing for display and sale with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.

- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative and able to work with a task list independently and within a team.
- Possess an understanding of food industry standards and regulations
- Prepare and bake products daily, including special orders, wholesale and functions
- Prepare products/dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances (training can be provided)
- Experience in commercial kitchens/bakeries - an asset
- Experience with cake decoration - an asset
