What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience (high-volume restaurant experience preferred)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service
- Team player with a guest-first mindset
- Smart Serve certification (required)
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service
- Guide guests through our food and beverage menu
- Accurately enter orders and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized section
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Uphold Sombra's standards of hospitality and service
Availability
Evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
