At co-elevate, we believe that great engineering is built on more than technical expertise. It comes from creating an environment where talented people can do their best work together.
As we've grown, we've discovered that the way work flows through our business matters just as much as the work itself. Transparency creates trust. Regular inspection creates learning. Adaptability creates resilience. Together, these principles help our teams deliver exceptional work for our clients while creating a work experience people genuinely want to be part of.
We're looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to take ownership of that system.
Someone whose expertise can help us take what we've built to the next level. Someone who understands agile principles deeply enough to know what should remain consistent, where thoughtful experimentation can make us better, and how to evolve a delivery system without losing the discipline that makes it successful.
This role is about more than coaching teams. You'll partner with our technical leaders to create the conditions where they can focus on what they do best, while you help ensure the systems that support them continue to improve.
Because we believe the right people, supported by the right systems, can create extraordinary teams and an exceptional place to work.
If you're a systems thinker who enjoys solving operational problems as much as working with people, we'd love to meet you.
[who we are]
Our purpose is to lead a human centered cultural evolution, so that together we create a more fulfilling and inspiring work experience. Our values guide the decisions we make and how we show up every day:
- Nerds by Nature
- Good Vibes, Harmonious Lives
- Goofy Souls, Serious Goals
- You Are Magic. Own That Sh**.
We believe culture isn't built through posters on a wall. It's built through the systems, habits, and conversations that shape how we work together.
[your mission]
Own co-elevate's agile delivery system while leading its evolution through collaboration with our teams and leaders.
You'll help our teams plan effectively, deliver consistently, and solve problems early by fostering transparency, inspection, and adaptability throughout our delivery process.
You'll coach teams, support leaders, and ensure our agile practices remain intentional, adaptable, and aligned with our purpose.
[a day in the life as an agile delivery lead at co-elevate]
Your day might include:
- Attending daily standups to identify risks and remove obstacles.
- Facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives that lead to real improvements.
- Coaching teams on prioritization, workload, and realistic sprint commitments.
- Challenging a proposed process change because it creates less accountability instead of more.
- Designing an experiment to test a new way of planning work.
- Reviewing delivery metrics to identify patterns across multiple teams.
- Working with leadership to improve project visibility and delivery consistency.
- Taking a break for a game of table tennis or Wii before jumping back into solving the next challenge.
[what we're looking for]
- 5–7 years of experience leading or coaching agile teams.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and agile principles.
- Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, ICAgile, Kanban, or similar.
- Experience applying agile practices in consulting, engineering, architecture, construction, or another project-based environment is an asset.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect individual team challenges to broader organizational improvements.
- Confidence to challenge ideas respectfully and hold teams accountable to agreed ways of working.
- Comfort making decisions based on evidence rather than opinion.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
[you'll probably enjoy this role if...]
- You believe agile is a mindset, not a checklist.
- You enjoy improving systems just as much as coaching people.
- You're comfortable saying "let's not change that" just as often as "let's try something new."
- You like using data to understand why problems occur instead of treating the same symptoms over and over.
- You enjoy helping teams become more effective without taking ownership away from them.
- You believe consistency creates freedom—and that the best processes continue to evolve.
[perks + benefits]
- Competitive salary and profit sharing
- Health, dental, extended health, life insurance, and long-term disability coverage.
- Four weeks paid time off, including sick days.
- Flexible work hours that support work-life harmony.
- Regular team-building events, lunch & learns, book club, and community initiatives.
- Professional membership reimbursement.
- The opportunity to shape how an entire organization delivers its work.
