Overview:
Senturion Group is seeking an experienced Construction Roughing & Finishing Supervisor to oversee both structural rough‑in phases and detailed interior finishing work across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, quality‑driven, and confident managing multiple trades from framing to final turnover.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate rough‑in and finishing crews, subcontractors, and trades
- Oversee rough‑in stages including framing, insulation, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
- Manage finishing stages including drywall, taping, painting, flooring, trim, millwork, and final touch‑ups
- Conduct detailed quality inspections at each project phase
- Identify deficiencies and ensure timely correction
- Maintain daily site logs, schedules, and progress reports
- Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and trades
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision (rough‑in and finishing)
- Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and interior finishing systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.) required
