TRALO™ is hiring motivated, competitive sales reps who want a real shot at high income, professional training, and a clear path to grow in sales. HVAC experience is an asset but absolutely not required.
About the Role
This is a performance-driven, commission-based sales role.
We’ll train you on our proven sales process and get you in front of homeowners fast so you can start closing deals and earning.
- New to HVAC or sales: you’ll start in the field at the door, speaking directly with homeowners and learning our script, offer, and systems.
- Experienced HVAC sales reps: you’ll move into full HVAC Sales Rep duties after ~2 weeks of focused training on our products and process.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with homeowners face-to-face to uncover HVAC and heat pump needs
- Run scheduled appointments with qualified, interested homeowners
- Present solutions clearly and recommend the right HVAC / heat pump options
- Build trust, handle questions, and close deals
- Track leads, activity, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Hit and work to exceed your monthly sales targets
Who You Are
- Hungry, competitive, and driven by results
- Confident talking to people in person (at the door and in-home)
- Coachable, open to feedback, and willing to follow a proven system
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Accountable for your own performance
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays
Experience in HVAC, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other face-to-face roles is an asset, but not required. Recent college/university grads are welcome.

What We Offer
- Structured onboarding and field training (no HVAC experience needed)
- Fast-track training for experienced HVAC sales professionals (~2 weeks)
- Uncapped commission on high-ticket residential HVAC and heat pump systems. Our average system is around $15,000 — you earn a minimum of $1,500 per sale, and with performance bonuses reps average about $2,000 per deal. Close two a week and do the math.

- Territory: Nova Scotia (specific areas discussed in interview)
- Flexible work schedule with required availability on some evenings and Saturdays
Pay: $100,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
