This role involves supporting various construction projects by performing physical tasks, assisting skilled trades, and ensuring the efficient progress of site activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Hand tools and power tools used in construction
- Concrete forming and finishing techniques (an asset but not a requirement)
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills
