Fence Material Supply is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part- time basis with possibility of full time work. In this role, you will support our Head of Administration with daily tasks, including bookkeeping, customer interactions, and general office duties. You will handle both in-person, email and phone communications with professionalism and ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle email, phone and in-person interactions professionally and courteously.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support scheduling, email management, and general office administration.
- Utilize office software (e.g., Quick books, Monday) to complete administrative tasks.
- Perform routine filing, document management, and data organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Quickbooks, and other basic office software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to different responsibilities.
