At WonderFil, we are passionate about education, customer service, and helping our customers succeed. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Support Representative.
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Support Representative plays a key role in supporting our sales team and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This position focuses on customer outreach, account support, CRM management, and administrative coordination to help ensure a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with customers, is highly organized, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records and follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and customer support to the sales team.
- Contact existing customers by phone and email to maintain relationships and support ongoing sales initiatives.
- Conduct customer follow-up calls regarding orders, promotions, product information, and account needs.
- Assist with lead follow-up and customer outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activities within the CRM system.
- Update customer information and ensure account data remains current and organized.
- Assist customers with inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members when required.
- Coordinate with customer service, marketing, and sales teams to support customer needs and opportunities.
- Assist with trade show follow-up, customer communications, and account management activities.
- Help identify opportunities for customer engagement and account growth.
- Support sales representatives with account-related administrative tasks and customer communications.
- Maintain a professional and positive experience for customers at all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong verbal communication and telephone skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and customer databases.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable making outbound customer calls throughout the day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, account coordination, or administrative support.
- Call centre experience is considered a strong asset.
- Experience working with wholesale customers, retailers, or distributors is an asset.
- Experience with ERP systems or order management software is an asset.
