Maintenance Technician (Millwright) – Straight Day Shift
Location: Bradford, ON
Pay Rate: $40–$42/hr
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Kelly Services is hiring two certified 433A Millwrights for a leading cannabis manufacturing facility in Bradford. These are full‑time, permanent roles supporting a highly regulated, fast‑paced production environment.
About the Role
You will install, maintain, and repair production and facility equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills and experience in regulated industries such as cannabis, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
- Install and commission production equipment (conveyors, pumps, HVAC, packaging systems)
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete timely repairs
- Conduct precision alignment, calibration, and system optimization
- Perform welding and fabrication for equipment upgrades
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs
- Complete all maintenance documentation according to GMP/GDP standards
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Track maintenance activities and parts in CMMS
What We’re Looking For
- 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) – required
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or regulated production
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Welding/fabrication experience (sanitary welding an asset)
- Ability to read technical drawings and P&IDs
- Experience with GMP/GDP (asset)
- CMMS experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
