Responsibilities:
- Research real estate markets and properties
- Analyze sales, rental, and market data
- Track market trends and comparable properties
- Maintain databases and prepare reports
- Support property and investment research
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficiency with Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Real estate, finance, or business experience is an asset
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
