Manage all Hotel front desk responsibilities:
- Taking reservations via phone or e-mail.
- Work with and manage hotel software.
- Coordinate schedule to ensure front desk coverage
- Manage housekeeping staff and ensure rooms are being cleaned accordingly
- Respond to client requests
