About Rose Valley Renovation
Rose Valley Renovation is a growing residential renovation company specializing in bathroom renovations, kitchens, basements, and full-home renovations throughout the GTA.
We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Renovation Crew / Project Lead to join our network of trusted renovation professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced renovation team that can independently manage bathroom renovation projects while working within Rose Valley Renovation's systems, standards, and client experience.
We provide consistent project opportunities and handle client acquisition, sales, design support, and project coordination. Your focus will be on executing quality renovations and managing your project team efficiently.
Role Overview
The Bathroom Renovation Crew / Project Lead will be responsible for managing assigned bathroom renovation projects from start to completion.
You will oversee your own crew and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed safely, professionally, and according to Rose Valley Renovation's quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Complete bathroom renovation projects from demolition through completion.
- Manage your own crew and subcontractors.
- Coordinate trades including plumbing, electrical, drywall, tiling, painting, and other required specialists.
- Maintain project schedules and communicate progress updates.
- Ensure workmanship meets Rose Valley Renovation quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
- Identify and communicate potential issues before they affect timelines or budgets.
- Coordinate with Rose Valley Renovation's project management team throughout the project.
- Complete projects according to agreed timelines and specifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential renovation experience required.
- Strong experience completing bathroom renovations.
- Proven ability to manage a renovation project independently.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
- Strong knowledge of bathroom construction, including:
- Waterproofing systems ( Schluter )
- Tile installation
- Plumbing coordination
- Framing and drywall
- Flooring
- Fixtures and finish installation
- Electrical coordination
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and required tools.
- Professional communication skills with homeowners and project managers.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with renovation companies or design-build firms.
- Experience with higher-end residential renovations.
- Ability to read drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
