Arvo Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic located in Brentwood, just a 3-minute walk from Brentwood SkyTrain Station. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a clean, modern, and welcoming environment.
We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations.
Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience working in a clinic or wellness center, and must be familiar with Jane App, ICBC claims, and direct billing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Schedule and manage appointments using JaneApp
- Handle phone calls, bookings, and client inquiries efficiently
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and documentation
- Support billing
- Coordinate with practitioners and team members to ensure seamless clinic flow
- Assist with daily clinic operations including laundry and general upkeep
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a clinic, medical, or dental office is an asset
- Experience with JaneApp and iCBC is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented with strong clerical and administrative skills
- Positive attitude with a friendly, team-oriented personality
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative training is an asset)
Availability
- Must be available to work Saturdays (2~2.5 days a week)
