Community Living Stratford and Area is a person-centric Developmental Service Agency providing quality supports and services in the Stratford area. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Full Time Staff Scheduler. This dynamic and fast paced role plays a key part in organizing and coordinating staffing for all of our support locations. This role also ensures sufficient levels of staffing are in place for various support needs, sometimes within tight time frames.
As the successful candidate, you possess an outgoing personality, the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment and can conduct yourself in a professional manner. You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in written form. When faced with decisions, you can problem solve and work through a process to find a solution. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have a strong ability to set priorities and possess the ability to find out of the box solutions where needed. This role will require working independently, as well as within a team. Experience in a similar role or experience in the developmental services sector would be an asset.
You have post secondary education and are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Being familiar with staff logistics software, such as Inclusion, or proven experience learning new software is required. This position will have a rotating weekend on call expectation and a varied and flexible working schedule.
