Skilled Labourer – Framing, Drywall, and/or Painting

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking highly skilled labourer with hands-on experience in framing, drywall installation/finishing, and/or painting. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in their work, follows safety protocols, and brings a positive attitude to the job site every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with framing and structural builds
- Install, tape, and finish drywall
- Perform interior and exterior painting tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Follow directions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
- Perform general labour duties as required on site
Requirements:
- Previous experience in framing, drywall, and/or painting (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Assets (Not Required):
- Valid driver’s license
- WHMIS or other safety certifications
