Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and possess a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges on the job site. Potential to learn operating equipment to the right person.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks to support construction projects, including site preparation, rake, shovel, material handling, and cleanup.
- Power wash, service and maintenance equipment as needed
- Cleaning trucks, equipment and yard.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist excavating crew with hand digging around utilties, running lazer grade stick etc.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to designated areas on the job site.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Assisting with setting up sewer and septic systems.
- Adhere to project timelines and contribute to meeting deadlines.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Excavator: 1 year (preferred)
