The Position:
As one of our new installers/carpenters, your primary goal will be to work alongside our team on all residential windows and door projects. You’ll ensure that requirements of labour, equipment, and materials are met while going above and beyond customer service expectations.
You know your way around several power tools. You’re a versatile carpenter who is flexible, adaptable, and always finds ways to overcome tricky installation problems. You keep your work area tidy, safe, and organized and you are always looking for way to maximize materials.
Our customers will appreciate how you anticipate their needs, whether it’s a complex installation or a simple fix, you’ll make sure they feel catered to. Our customers feel they can trust you with their homes due to your warmth and professionalism.

You’ll succeed in this role if you have:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - you can keep up with a high volume of time-sensitive tasks.

- Effective communication skills - you listen carefully as well as speak and write clearly.
Working at Aaben Windows and Doors:
This is a full-time permanent position. You are guaranteed a three-day weekend as you’ll work Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 5:30pm. We offer a competitive wage of $22 – $30/hour with extended medical benefits, Health Spending Account, RRSP matching, profit-sharing bonuses, employee assistance program and vacation.
