Customer Service + Sales Support
Imprint Specialty Promotions has been an industry leader, helping businesses and organizations with promotional products, apparel and printing since 1979. We’re looking for a friendly, organized person to join our team as Customer Service + Sales Support in St. John’s.

In this role, you’ll work closely with customers and our sales team to help projects move smoothly from quote to order.
Responsibilities include:
● Answering customer inquiries
● Preparing quotes
● Sourcing promotional products and apparel
● Processing orders and coordinating details
● Assisting with general office support and day-to-day operations.
We’re primarily looking for someone who is:
● Friendly, professional and approachable
● Organized and detail-oriented
● Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
● Able to multitask and manage priorities
● A strong communicator with both customers and team members
● Customer Service or Sales Experience is considered an asset
● Industry training will be provided.
Position Details:
● Full-time, Monday–Friday
● Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
● In Person, St. John’s, NL
