Main functions related to the position:
- Ensure that all steps required to obtain and maintain the project’s certification in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards are in place. In particular,
o Verify the planning and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), the mapping and development of documents required for communication, team training, and QMS monitoring.
o Verify the development and updating of processes by process owners, as well as the monitoring of indicators.
o Verify and, where applicable, lead management reviews at defined intervals, the development of action plans, and the implementation of improvement actions.
o Ensure and review the development of a schedule and the execution of internal audits.
o Ensure and review the implementation of the IT charter.
- Ensure the monitoring of document management indicators and coordination with other departments for the implementation of appropriate tools and the awareness of project staff.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the client regarding the Quality Management System. For this purpose, organize workshops and initiate the necessary discussions to maintain a climate of trust with the client (MTMD / CI), obtain the review of QMS documents, and organize improvement and MTMD satisfaction measurement actions.
- Ensure, with the Quality Director, the necessary coordination within the project for the implementation of the Quality Management System and document management.
- Perform any other related tasks associated with this position.

Salary:
- Annual salary: Between $114,000.00 and $130,000.00, depending on experience
Required skills:
- Education: College diploma in building, civil engineering, architecture, environmental law, corporate safety and quality, or any other field relevant to the position.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, particularly in the field of environment, safety, and quality. Experience in construction is an asset.
Knowledge and competencies sought:
