We're excited to be opening a new locally owned Icebreaker store in the heart of Whistler and are looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to help us create an exceptional customer experience from day one.

What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Build product knowledge and confidently recommend the right solutions for customers
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising, replenishment, and inventory management
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team focused culture
- Help customers connect with the Icebreaker brand and our commitment to natural performance
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Passion for customer service and retail
- Interest in outdoor activities, travel, wellness, or sustainable products
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Reliable, adaptable, and team oriented
- Previous retail experience is an asset but not required
