About the Role As a CBRE Transaction Management Coordinator, you will support the real estate transaction management team and be responsible for managing active office transactions using client and internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Transaction Managers and brokers to deliver detailed market analysis, including market trends, negotiation strategies, and comparable transactions.
Manage active leases and transactions using client and internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Collaborate with Lease Administration teams to ensure accurate abstraction of lease terms to support rent payments and financial forecasting.
Oversee transaction closeouts, including revenue recognition, KPI tracking, and preparation of closing reports.
Coordinate transactions end-to-end, engaging internal and external stakeholders to meet key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Conduct transaction due diligence, including lease analysis, data validation, and real estate market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate service providers to enhance market intelligence.
Provide financial analysis and transactional support, including cash flow modeling, commission processing, and reporting.
Support Transaction Managers in defining requirements, developing leasing strategies, and preparing deal documentation.
Prepare and manage transaction documentation (e.g., notices, deal files), ensuring compliance with corporate and legislative standards.
Maintain and monitor deal data in tracking systems, providing regular reporting and status updates to leadership.
Produce month-end and year-end reports for management review and approval.
Oversee third-party service providers to ensure adherence to processes and standardized reporting.
Perform additional administrative and transaction support duties as required
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this contract position is $70,000-$75,000 annually.
