About Us
At Screw Pile Pros, we're Foundation Specialists. We install engineered helical screw pile foundations throughout Alberta for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.
Our reputation has been built on professionalism, quality workmanship, and doing the job right the first time. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a growing company.What You'll Do
Working directly with our Lead Installer, you will assist with:
- Installing helical screw piles
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Welding assistance (experience is an asset)
- Measuring and layout
- Cutting and capping piles
- Operating hand and power tools
- General labour duties
- Maintaining equipment and vehicles
- Working safely on construction sites throughout Alberta
Every day is different. Some days you'll be in Edmonton, while others may involve travelling throughout Alberta.

Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Reliable transportation to our Edmonton shop
- A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel out of town on short notice
- Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly
- Steel-toed boots
- Studson hard hat (or willingness to purchase one)
- Safety glasses
- High-visibility vest
- Work gloves
Preferred certifications include:
- CSTS
- WHMIS 2015
- First Aid
- Ground Disturbance
- Telehandler or skid steer experience
- Any additional safety certifications
