The Role
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our growing team.
This is a field-based position servicing residential BBQs and grills at customer homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, troubleshooting, and assisting with repairs while providing outstanding customer service.
No BBQ industry experience is required. We provide full training for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional BBQ cleaning services at residential properties
- Disassemble, clean, degrease, and reassemble grill components
- Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and safety concerns
- Identify and report repair or maintenance needs
- Assist with BBQ repairs and replacement of components as required
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and service protocols
- Maintain a professional appearance and exceptional customer service
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Accurately document completed services and job details
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to varies locations across Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough and the GTA
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Exceptional Communication & Customer Service
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Assets (Not Required):
- Cleaning, maintenance, trades, mechanical, or repair experience
- Experience working independently in a field-service environment
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical troubleshooting
