Monitor SSi Canada's network using NMS and OSS tools, responding quickly to alerts and service events.

Diagnose, isolate, and resolve network faults, escalating complex incidents to engineers and external vendors
when required. -
Manage incident tickets, network changes, maintenance activities, and shift handovers.

Maintain operating procedures, technical documentation, and performance reporting while identifying
opportunities for automation. -
Support teammates and assist with the introduction of new services across the SSi Canada network.

Relevant technical education, training, or equivalent experience in telecommunications, electronics, computer
science, IT, or a related field. -
Experience monitoring, diagnosing, or troubleshooting networks, systems, or other technical infrastructure.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to remain effective during service incidents.

Availability for rotating 12-hour day, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays.

Ability to work full-time on-site at SSi Canada's Kanata (Ottawa) office.

CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CompTIA Network+ or Security+; experience with GSM/LTE, routing and switching, server technologies, or satellite telecommunications
