Instead, you are the trusted bridge between our homeowners and our technicians, keeping clients beautifully informed and ensuring every job runs smoothly. Because your daily coordination directly drives our success, we offer an elite compensation structure: a steady $20/hour base plus a $20 bonus for every sale your technicians close."
What You’ll Be Doing (Daily Flow):
As our Customer Care Coordinator, you will work directly with management and oversee the daily logistics for a dedicated pod of 4 to 6 of our residential field technicians. Your day to day focus includes:
- Schedule Logistics: Track the pre set schedules of your technicians. You do not have to book the jobs; you just make sure the team stays on time and moves efficiently from one house to the next.
- Client Communication: Keep homeowners updated in real time regarding arrival windows, project steps, and answers to their questions.
- Financial Flow: Ensure clients receive their detailed quotes, securely collect initial project deposits before work begins, and handle final balance collections upon completion.
- Quality Assurance: Partner with our installation department and subcontractors to verify that the home is left spotless, clean, and up to our premium standards.
- Client Retention: Step in with empathy and problem solving skills to support clients who might be hesitant or looking to change their terms, helping to save the project and keep it on track.
The Pay Breakdown:
We value the backbone of our operations and believe in rewarding the team when the business succeeds. You do not do the selling, but you get rewarded for keeping the machine moving:
- Hourly Base: $20.00 / hour (Guaranteed steady income)
- Team Performance Bonus: +$20.00 for every single sale completed by the 4 to 6 technicians you support (With our volume, this averages around 10 sales a day, adding $200/day to your pocket just for keeping them organized!).
- Retention Bonus: +$20.00 for every client situation you successfully navigate and save from cancellation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent multitasking skills you can pivot quickly when schedules shift.
- A warm, polished phone presence paired with a confident communication style.
- Comfortable discussing numbers (asking for deposits and closing out final balances).
- Strong attention to detail you take pride in seeing a job done right and clean.
- Previous experience in a high volume scheduling or reception environment (Salon, Spa, Clinic, Hospitality, or Premium Customer Service).
