Since its inception in 1965 as a custom Tool & Die machine shop; Guelph Manufacturing Group Inc. (GMG) has evolved into a leading manufacturer and supplier of metal stampings, assemblies, headrest and armrest inserts, wire form, and other metal components to the automotive industry. Position Summary:
Repairs to presses, welders, and other production equipment.
Note: This is position is located at our Lewis plant where we primarily work with presses
Key Responsibilities:
· Experienced with presses, feeders, conveyors, welders, pumps, and gears.
· Able to work at heights without fear.
· Ability to comprehend and troubleshoot mechanical equipment/systems using step by step procedures.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Adequate reading comprehension and math skills (Grade 12).
· Good co-ordination and manual dexterity.
· Patience and stamina.
Qualifications:
SKILLS ESSENTIAL:
