With 37 years in the Calgary market and a dedicated team of 12, we’ve built our reputation on stability and technical expertise. We primarily handle Commercial service and small projects, and we are looking for two specific additions to our field team.
1. Senior Service Electrician
We are looking for a "Pro’s Pro"—a highly skilled Journeyman who takes pride in solving complex problems and managing their own day.
- Premium Pay: Above-market rates for elite skill sets and reliability.
- True Independence: You’ll be assigned your own service van. We trust your expertise—no micromanagement, just clear goals and the support you need.
- The Service Desk: You’ll own the troubleshooting, repairs, and small renovations for our long-term commercial partners.
- Evening Premium: This role includes scheduled evening work. We recognize this is a big ask; the compensation and flexible start times reflect that.
2. Apprentice Electrician (2nd or 3rd Year)
Ready to move past pulling wire on massive sites? We are looking for an apprentice who wants to learn the high-skill world of commercial service.
- Real Mentorship: Work directly with seasoned Journeymen who have been in the trade for decades.
- Diversity of Work: You won't be stuck on one site for a year. You’ll see new challenges, new buildings, and new problems every week.
- Path to Independence: We hire apprentices with the goal of turning them into the next generation of our Lead Service Techs.
What You Bring to the Team
- Journeymen: Red Seal Ticket with extensive commercial service experience. You must be comfortable working alone and interacting directly with business owners.
- Apprentices: Currently registered 2nd or 3rd year. You should be reliable, eager to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced service environment.
- The Mindset: Both roles require a "Service Mindset"—thinking on your feet, maintaining a professional image, and knowing the CEC inside and out.
- Flexibility: A willingness to work evening windows to accommodate our commercial clients' off-hours needs.
