We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying or RP) or Registered Social Worker (MSW) to join a growing mental health practice serving teens, adults, couples, and families. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, relationships, life transitions, and emotional well-being. Clinicians with specialized training or areas of interest are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy sessions in-person and/or virtually.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's goals and needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources when appropriate.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with regulatory body requirements.
- Participate in peer consultation and ongoing professional development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive therapeutic environment.
QualificationsRequired
- Registration in good standing with the CRPO, OCSWSSW, or equivalent Ontario regulatory college.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, or families.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to ethical practice and evidence-based care.
Preferred
- Training or certification in CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or other evidence-based modalities.
- Experience supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, or self-esteem challenges.
- Availability for evening and/or weekend appointments.
- Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply.
