Tri-Marx Contracting is a growing industrial contractor based in Abbotsford, BC, serving clients throughout the Lower Mainland. We specialize in mobile welding, industrial maintenance, millwright services, structural steel installation, equipment repairs, and custom fabrication. Our work is primarily field-based, supporting industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, and construction projects where safety, quality, and reliability are essential.
We're looking for an experienced Industrial Welder with a valid CWB certification who takes pride in producing quality work, enjoys solving problems, and works well as part of a team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials.
- Complete repairs, maintenance, and installations in industrial and manufacturing environments.
- Weld and install structural steel and other industrial components.
- Work safely and professionally at customer sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Work closely with millwrights and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Valid CWB Welding Certification.
- Strong MIG and TIG welding experience.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, structural steel, manufacturing, or construction.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to working safely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Assets (Not Required):
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or rigging equipment.
- Millwright experience.
- Additional safety tickets or trade certifications.
- Experience working in industrial facilities, shutdowns, or plant maintenance.
Wage & Benefits
- $35.00–$50.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, welding qualifications, and applicable tickets.
- Overtime opportunities.

- Tri-Marx covers the cost of required CWB welding retesting and recertification.
